Local Business woman, Pat Olenick, receives award three years in a row!

        Doylestown resident and local business partner Pat Olenick, is pleased to announce that she has received the 5 star award for outstanding service in real estate. Five Star Professional recognizes service professionals around the country who provide quality services to their clients. The honor is given out by conducting market specific research on recent homebuyers within a 36 month period, asking them to evaluate their real estate experience to identify reputable and trustworthy service professionals.  This is the 3rd time Pat has received this honor.

Pat, a longtime resident of Doylestown, has been working in the real estate market for more than 20 years.  “Being in this business, and working in the same area for so long, I have had the pleasure of finding a first home for a young couple. A few years later, I have helped them find the perfect home to raise their family and then I helped them downsize after they sent their kid off to college”  Living and working in Doylestown, I see many of my clients at local events, the supermarket or church, and love to keep in touch with them. This is not a job that ends at 5 on Friday night, says Pat. I try to be always available for my clients, their friends and family, and active in our community.

Honesty and dedication are how I built my business and how I am teaching my newly formed real estate team to service our clients. The Pat Olenick Team was formed in 2012. Having a team allows me to do even more for my clients. Instead of one agent working for them, they now have three. Susan and Jackie were selected because they possess the same work ethic and dedication to client service as I do.

The real estate market is finally recovering, and we are all looking forward to working with our friends and neighbors here in Doylestown.
