Local Golfer Jacob Molnar Shines This Weekend at the ULC Championships
Ultimate Long Drive Championships Conclude with Thrilling Finale.
The Par Tee Golf Center in West Columbia, South Carolina, was abuzz with excitement this weekend as the Ultimate Long Drive (ULD) World Championships unfolded. Golfers from around the globe gathered to showcase their incredible power and precision, battling for the coveted title of World Champion in various divisions.
The competition was fierce, with drives soaring hundreds of yards through the air, leaving spectators in awe. After several rounds of intense competition, the final showdowns took place under the lights, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
In the main event the Men’s Open Division, Japan’s Naoto Misumi held off ULD Rookie, Jacob Molnar under the lights, securing the World Champion title with a monstrous 351-yard drive. Molnar’s runner-up finish makes him the top ranked US ranked ULD professional for 2024.
