Central and Lower Bucks Family YMCAs celebrate the Week of the Young Child

(Doylestown, PA, April 20, 2018) Central and Lower Bucks Family YMCAs celebrated the Week of the Young Child with a reading tour of all four of its Youth Education Centers in Bucks County.

President & CEO Zane Moore visited the centers in Morrisville, Fairless Hills, Newtown and New Britain on Thursday, April 19 and Friday, April 20 to share a story and quality time with the young children enrolled. Zane brought along two special friends, Cinderella and a friendly lion, much to the children’s delight. (see attached photo)

“It was such a pleasure to have a chance to spend time with the incredible kids in our Youth Education Centers. At Central and Lower Bucks Family YMCAs we know the importance of children's earliest years in shaping their learning and development and we strive to help kids build self-esteem and confidence and to grow daily. We had so much fun visiting our kids and seeing all the ways they are thriving at the Y,” said Moore.
