Looking Ahead, the Bucks County nonprofit that delivers community education and planning support for individuals’ end-of-life healthcare choices, welcomes Sunny White to its board of directors.

Ms. White, who lives in Warwick, is co-founder and managing partner of Xavier Creative House, a strategic creative agency specializing in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and healthcare systems world-wide.

“Sunny is strategically positioned within the healthcare industry,” says board chair Marvin L. Woodall, “giving us access to her communications and marketing expertise as it relates to various medical fields.”

“With my birth year straddling generations X and Y, I believe I bring age diversity to the group’s perspective,” says Ms. White. “My connection with the next generation has the potential to extend the longevity of Looking Ahead’s mission. I’d like to engage the younger generation with a “My Wishes” app that provides a non-threatening interface through which they can keep track of their evolving choices for an end-of-life plan.”

Ms. White joins Mr. Woodall, retired after 50 years in the medical devices field; family practitioner James P. Blore, MD; retired cardiologist Brian G. Firth, MD, PhD, MBA; specialist in balance disorders and retired otolaryngologist Jeffrey Buckwalter, MD; and Jane Gallant, MD, internist and director of Doylestown Hospital Hospice.
