Luxury Carriage Homes Approved On S. Hamilton Street

Four upscale homes are planned on the site of the former Histand Brothers roofing warehouse on South Hamilton Street.

The Intelligencer reports that Doylestown Borough Council unanimously approved preliminary and final plans to construct two twin units that will be made into luxury carriage homes with a selling price of $800,000 each.

The plans were submitted by Chapman Lane Investors.

Construction is expected in late spring. The property is located at 73 S. Hamilton Street.
