Construction Work Scheduled On 2 Central Bucks Roadways

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Maintenance work is scheduled to begin this week on the Easton Road ramp to northbound U.S. 202 (Doylestown Bypass) and Mechanicsville Road in Bucks County.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

  • From Tuesday, Nov. 12, through Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Easton Road ramp to northbound U.S. 202 (Doylestown Bypass) will be closed weekdays in Doylestown Borough and Doylestown Township for concrete repairs. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Easton Road, Edison-Furlong Road, and Route 313 (Swamp Road).
  • From Tuesday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mechanicsville Road will be closed weekdays between Aquetong Road and Greenhill Road in Solebury Township for pipe replacement. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Greenhill Road and Aquetong Road.
