Man Arrested On Bank Fraud, Identity Theft Charges In Warrington
The man attempted to open a bank account using a different name and a matching Pennsylvania driver's license.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 55-year-old man faces multiple felony charges after he attempted to open a fraudulent bank account at a township bank.
Police arrested James Turk Brown on Nov. 11 at 1:29 p.m. at Citizens Bank, 600 Easton Road, after he attempted to open a fraudulent bank account using someone else's name and Pennsylvania driver's license.
Brown also possessed other identification and credit cards with other names on them, police said.

The staff told police that they had received an alert from other Citizen Banks that a man was opening accounts with different names in the tri-county area.
Brown was taken into custody and transported to the police station where he was processed and charged with access device fraud, identity theft and theft of services.

Brown was arraigned by Judge Wertman who set bail at $100,000. Brown was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
