Man Charged With Felony Assault After Resisting Arrest In Warrington
Police said the highly intoxicated man later threatened the lives of the police officers who were on the scene.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 56-year-old man who resisted arrest in Warrington and then threatened the lives of police is facing a felony aggravated assault charge.
On Sept. 12, police said they responded to the 300 block of Easton Road for the report of an intoxicated man who was attempting to leave in his vehicle. When police arrived, they found the man, later identified as Siarhei Patreika, slumped over the driver seat of his vehicle.
Patreika, who police describe as highly intoxicated, began physically fighting with the officers. After being taken into custody, police said he threatened the lives of the officers who were on the scene.

Patreika was arraigned by Judge Wertman and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.
He has been charged with aggravated assault causing bodily injury to officers/employee (F2), one count of simple assault, terroristic threats, one count of resisting arrest, public drunkenness and one count of harassment.
