Man Charged With Strangulation In Doylestown Assault: Police
He was also charged with assault and harassment by the Central Bucks Regional Police Department .
DOYLETOWN, PA — A Doylestown man was arrested on May 9 following a domestic disturbance at a home in the 200 block of Harvey Avenue.
Ryan James Adams, 49, was taken into custody by the Central Bucks Regional Police Department and charged with strangulation (F2), simple assault (M2) and harassment (S).
Police said that Adams and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument that became physical when Adams grabbed the victim by the neck causing injury.

Adams was arraigned in district court, bail was set at $50,000 (10 percent) with restrictions and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
