Man Charged With Strangulation In Warrington Assault: Police
The disturbance became physical when he reached his arm around his girlfriend's neck and began to choke her, police said.
WARRINGTON, PA — A 42-year-old man has been charged with felony strangulation following a domestic disturbance that turned physical at a home in the 2200 block of Pileggi Road.
Miguel Angel Orellana Jr. was taken into custody by the Warrington Police Department and charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
On Oct. 6 at 7:59 a.m. police responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in progress. Through an investigation, police learned that Orellana had an argument with his girlfriend and began smashing items throughout the apartment.

The disturbance became physical when Orellana reached his arm around his girlfriend’s neck and began to choke her, police said.
Orellana was located a short time later and taken into custody.

He was processed and arraigned by Judge Wertman who set bail at $25,000 or 10 percent cash. He was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
