Warrington Police Charge Man In Indecent Assault Of A 7-Year-Old

Warrington Township Police made the arrest on Nov. 20 after a months-long investigation.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 62-year-old man has been charged in Warrington for indecent assault of a minor under the age of 13

Jose Romero-Perez was arrested by Warrington Township Police on Nov. 20 after a months-long investigation stemming from reports that Romero-Perez had unlawful contact with a seven-year-old child five years ago.

Romero-Perez was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman and was remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000/10 percent bail.
