Man Faces Charges For Stealing Refrigerator In Warrington: Police
Police arrested the man in the parking lot of the store while he was loading the appliance onto his truck.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warminster man faces a felony theft charge after he was caught stealing a refrigerator from the Home Depot store in Warrington.
After being alerted by customers in the parking lot of the store, police identified and arrested 49-year-old Sean Beluch on Feb 7 at 4 p.m. as he was attempting to load an LG refrigerator onto his truck.
During an investigation, police said Home Depot confirmed the theft of the $1,297 refrigerator and that Beluch had passed all points of sale and had failed to pay for the appliance.

Beluch was arrested and transported to Warrington Police Headquarters where he was processed and charged with felony retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Police later discovered that he had an active warrant out of Hilltown Township and was transferred over to their custody to face additional charges.
