Man Overdoses In Front Of Children In Warrington, Felony Charges Filed: Police
The man has been charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warrington man faces three felony counts of child endangerment after overdosing in front of his children Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the 37-year-old man was found unconscious by his children, ages 5, 9, and 12, who were home alone with their dad when the incident occurred. The 9-year-old child contacted family members, who then called for assistance, police said.
First responders from the Warrington Police Department, Warrington Fire Company and Warrington Ambulance arrived at the scene around 4:27 p.m. They located the man in a second-floor bedroom, where he was administered the overdose reversal medication NARCAN and was revived.

During the investigation, officers observed multiple packets of suspected narcotics in plain view in a room located across from the children’s bedroom. The suspected narcotics were seized by police and sent out for laboratory analysis.
Bucks County Children and Youth Services were notified about the incident, and the children are currently under the care of family members as the investigation proceeds.

The man turned himself in on an arrest warrant. He was processed and arraigned before Judge Stacy Wertman, who set his bail at 10 percent of $250,000. He was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility, where he will await court action on three felony counts of child endangerment.
Court records indicate that the man had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of endangering the welfare of a child in June 2025 involving the same three children. He was sentenced to five years of probation at that time.
