Man Who Keeps Dumping Used Condoms At CB School Playground Sought

A man was captured on surveillance camera disposing of used condoms on the blacktop near the playground of a Central Bucks School District elementary school earlier this month. And it's not the first time it has happened, police say.

According to Plumstead Township Police, Groveland Elementary employees have filed "several" complaints after finding used condoms near the playground.

Now police are trying to identify him, so they can discuss his actions further.

In surveillance footage taken Nov. 20 and Nov. 24, the man is seen opening the closed access gates and maneuvering his car to the back of the school. He then parks near the kids playground. "A short time later an occupant of the vehicle is seen disposing of an item onto the black top which was later identified as used condoms," according to information from police.

"These actions are unacceptable and the Plumstead Township Police would like to discuss these actions further with the actors," police said.
