Marshalls Home Goods Heading to Doylestown?

Marshalls Home Goods could be coming to Doylestown, according to a site plan on the Cross Keys Place management site.

A site plan posted on Waters Retail Group website shows a 56,330 square foot Marshalls Home Goods in the current Giant Food Stores location.

The new Cross Keys location would be slightly larger than the retailer's 54,500 sq. ft. location in the Barn Plaza in Warrington, managed by Brixmor.

Under the plan, Giant would move to the former Kmart location, currently vacant. Kmart closed that location in September 2019. The 72,500 square foot location would be a considerable upgrade for the food store, which added a small beer selection several years ago.

The plan also notes a proposed Five Below store next to the new Giant location.
