My Plumsteadville Wawa is Closing for a Month? Now What?
A great new design is coming to the Plumsteadville Village Wawa. But what are area residents to do in the month of October?

The Plumsteadville Wawa is closing from October 3 through November 2! That’s according to their website, and by the looks of the refurbishment brochure, we can expect a great new layout and new food offerings.
But how will area residents and visitors get by without the #PlumVill Wawa? Depending on your situation, we have some great options right here in Plumsteadville Village!

Yep, that’s a tough one. Wawa is known for their coffee, and you’re gonna need something to get you through these upcoming cool Fall months.
Luckily, there’s a McDonald’s right across the street, and a Dunkin' Donuts right down the road. So you won’t have to travel too far for your java. For a real treat, stop by the Lucky Cupcake Company for a taste of their La Columbe coffee—alongside a taste bakery treat (they’re not just about cupcakes)!

Breakfast on the Run
Everyone is on their way to somewhere, and we’re going to miss the quick breakfast hits at Wawa for a while.
Dunkin' and McDonalds are great choices. But if you have time to linger longer, head a little further north to the Groveland Grill. Lots of residents pack in for weekend breakfasts, but their weekday offerings are just as great!
Lunch Local
Hey, we all love Wawa hoagies, and their new fresh food assortment will be great. If you're used to heading up 611 to grab a sandwich, salad, or snack tray, you're gonna need a new approach. All the Plumsteadville Village restaurants you love for dinner are also open for lunch—many with terrific specials and a unique spin to your midday dining!
Capri, Dominick’s and Spatola’s are all great pizza places, and they each have some amazing sandwiches, platters and more for lunch. Plumsteadville Inn is definitely a lunch spot for a meeting or other special lunch. And for an international flair, you’ll love El Mariachi and China Wok for lunch as a nice change from the daily grind(er).
You Could Wait...
To be fair to Wawa--if you really need a Shorti, Sizzli, or their signature coffee, use their store locator to find another Wawa on your way to wherever you're going.
But we think there's lots of great options right here in #PlumVill! Check out all the great Plumsteadville Village dining options at our website: www.plumsteadvillevillage.com/eateries.html A nd we’ll look forward to seeing the Wawa grand re-opening in November!
