New 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio Coming To New Britain This Spring

NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — HOTWORX Chalfont, a 24 hour infrared fitness studio, is poised to become the newest addition to the Bucks County fitness scene.

The studio is currently under construction at the New Britain Village Square Plaza at 4275 County Line Road, and is expected to open its doors to the public this spring, said owners Paras Patel and Jaishree Mistry.

With a health and wellness mindset, the couple said what grabbed their attention about HOTWORX was the fact that it offers an innovative fitness concept with the first ever three-dimensional training combining heat, infrared energy and exercise.

"We're excited to bring this innovative fitness concept to the Chalfont community," said Mistry. "Our goal is to help our members achieve their fitness and wellness goals by providing more workout in less time with the added benefits of infrared energy."

Infrared saunas, which use infrared energy to warm the body directly, will offer a range of benefits. These benefits include muscle recovery, stress reduction, weight loss, cellulite reduction, increased calorie burn, detoxification, lowered blood pressure, pain relief, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, and improved circulation.

HOTWORX Chalfont will offer both isometric exercises (yoga, pilates, barre and more) and high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises (cycle, rowing, total body) suitable for members of all fitness levels in semi private infrared heated saunas that are 9 foot by 7 foot in size.

Certified virtual instructors will lead sessions ranging from 15-30 minutes in length working with members as they detox, tone up and burn more calories. The studio will also feature a FX Zone (functional training area) led by a virtual Silent Trainer. FX Zone will be equipped with bands, weights, ropes and a cable machine for additional exercises and training routines.

With the motto "More workout in less time," Mistry said the team will be committed to providing members with efficient and effective workouts that fit into their busy schedules.
