The pub has proposed to meet its parking requirement by providing four off site parking spaces through an agreement with a neighboring property owner. The pub has a written agreement to allow patrons and employees to park there after 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 11 am to one hour after closing on the weekend.
Artifact, located at 2 South York Road in Hatboro, opened its doors in October 2019. It is operated by two friends, Ryan McKinney and Matt Brzowski.
