New Britain Township Seeking To ID Retail Theft Suspects

Police in New Britain Township are seeking to identify suspects in two separate retail thefts in the township.

NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in New Britain Township are asking for the public's help to identify suspects in two retail thefts in the township.

The first occurred on Monday, Feb. 19 at 1:40 p.m. Police said two suspects were observed
putting more than $100 worth of merchandise in their pockets at the Crystal Visions store in the New Britain Village Square Shopping Center on County Line Road.

When confronted, the suspects yelled at the employee and left the store without paying, said police.

Police are also looking for a suspect in a retail theft at the Wawa convenience store at 525 West Butler Avenue.

Police said on Feb. 24 the pictured female (below) committed a retail theft at the store at approximately 1:45 a.m. If you recognize the suspect or have any information that may assist police in the investigation, click here to leave a tip.
