New Officer Joins Central Bucks Regional Police Department

Officer Murray comes to Doylestown and Central Bucks Regional after serving 12 years with the Philadelphia Police Department.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Officer Stephen Murray was sworn in as a full-time police officer at the September 28 meeting of the Central Bucks Regional Police Commission.

Chairman Brian Wallace, who also serves as mayor of Chalfont Borough, administered the oath. They were joined by Central Bucks Regional Police Chief Karl Knott.

Officer Murray comes to Doylestown and Central Bucks Regional after serving 12 years with the Philadelphia Police Department where he received merit and bravery commendations. He lives in Bucks County.
