“We want our customers to have access to the latest technology that is the most convenient for them when it comes to paying their bills,” said Benjamin W. Jones, CEO, BCWSA. “Our new system provides the ultimate peace of mind with secure and reliable payment options to meet needs and preferences of every one of our customers.”

Along with the online payment options, customers can pay over the phone using the 24/7 automated feature. Customers who wish to pay by check via mail may continue to do so. Autopay customers need to re-register with the new payment portal to continue automatic payments. The new payment portal also provides for payments to be instantly recorded to customers’ accounts instead of waiting a few days for the funds to be withdrawn.
