New Terrain Store To Open Soon In Doylestown: Latest Details
The store, nature space, and cafe aims to offer "an experience for all the senses" as well as unique opportuniteis for college students.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — A new home and garden store, event space, and cafe is officially on the way to Doylestown, according to multiple organizers on the project.
The new Terrain store is a partnership between Doylestown, Urban Outfitters, and Delaware Valley University, where the store will be located.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced, although Discover Doylestown said the store is expected to open at some point in 2023.

The store will offer "experiential learning" for college students, including paid internships and employment at Terrain in food service, retail, events, and other activities.
“The partnership with Urbn for Terrain at Delaware Valley University furthers our mission of
preparing students for success after graduation,” Benjamin Rusiloski, the university's president, said in a statement. “We are thrilled that our students will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience with a highly regarded company, and we know that the community is very excited at the prospect of Terrain’s restaurant, retail and event activities.”

The plan was initially approved by the Doylestown Township Supervisors in mid-April.
The store hopes to offer "an experience for all the senses," representing "a space devoted to nature, curated for the garden and home, and made to merge beauty and utility."
If the Doylestown project is completed as planned, the local Terrain will be found at 2100 Lower State Road.
Terrain currently has locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, and California.
