Cleveland Browns coach Mike Pettine, a Central Bucks West graduate and the former head coach of the North Penn football team, could be moving on.

Pettine, who also coached William Tennent, became the first area coach to go on to be a head coach in the NFL in 2014 when he was appointed the top job with the Browns, the Associated Press reports.

Pettine reportedly has not spoken to the Browns owner about his future.

“I have a job to do, and the job is to prepare this team as well as I can to play the Pittsburgh Steelers,” Pettine told the Associated Press, referencing the final game of the season. “I don’t get caught up in that.”

He added that the middle of the season is not the time or the place for such conjecture, according to Cleveland.com.
