"No Kings" Protest Brings Huge Crowd To The Heart Of Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A crowd estimated at more than 1,o00 people took to the streets in Doylestown on Saturday, chanting and waving signs against President Donald Trump and his administration.
For several hours in the chilly afternoon temperatures, they clogged the courtyard and the sidewalks in and around the Bucks County Administration building in the heart of the county seat.
The “No Kings” protest was one of seven that took place in Bucks County and one of more than 3,000 that took place unfolded across the nation in what organizers were billing as the largest single day mass protest in U.S. history.

The public rallies were held to protest President Trump and what his opponents say are his authoritarian leadership of the nation, the actions of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), the Epstein files, the SAVE Act, and the war with Iran.
Honking cars drew loud cheers from the crowd, which chanted, "Lock Him Up, Lock Him Up," a phrase Trump supporters were fond of using when Trump was campaigning against Hillary Clinton.

At one point, a pickup truck flying American flags drove by blasting the song, "YMCA," which has become synonymous with Trump rallies.
