NOVA Bucks County Welcomes New Members To Its Board

The new members bring to the table varied business experience, a dedication to service, and a commitment to NOVA's mission.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — NOVA, the leading non-profit organization in Bucks County supporting victims of serious crime, is welcoming Eddie Hale and Michelle Sooby-Saldutti to its Board of Directors.

Hale is associate counsel for Parexel, a clinical research organization located in Princeton that provides a full range of Phase I to IV clinical development services to help life-saving treatments reach patients faster.

Prior to working at Parexel, Hale worked at the Princeton office of Troutman Pepper, a law firm that specializes in banking and financial services, corporate and securities, and commercial real estate. Hale is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.

Michelle Sooby-Saldutti is the diversity, equity, and inclusion coordinator at Parx Casino in Bensalem. Sooby-Saldutti is a committee member of the Building a Better Bensalem Community Coalition, a board member of The Greater Northeast Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Bensalem Lions Club. She has three daughters and seven grandchildren.

NOVA supports, counsels, and empowers victims of sexual assault and other serious crimes in Bucks County and works to prevent and eliminate violence in society through advocacy, training, community education, and prevention programs.

Founded in 1974, NOVA is a non-profit, community-based organization operating out of three offices in Fairless Hills, Jamison, and Perkasie. Services are made possible through the financial support of federal, state, and local government grants and contracts, corporations, foundations and private donations.
