'One-Upper' Trekking to Alaska for Ultimate Ice Bucket Challenge

A self-described “one-upper” from Doylestown is looking to take his ice bucket challenge to the next level and he needs help.

Gabriel Gutner, in a post on Doylestown Patch, said he is seeking someone in Alaska with a boat who can help him take the ice bucket challenge to the extreme.

“This weekend I’m flying across the country to find the coldest water that our fine nation has to offer,” Gutner said in the post. “I’m looking for someone who has a boat that is willing to take me out (not too far) for about 30 minutes on Friday 8/22/14.”

Here’s what Gutner is looking for in his own words:

1. Someone with a boat to take my buddy and I out, not too far,

2. Allow me and a friend to jump off the boat into the icy water

3. Allow me to re-board the boat (please don’t leave us).

4. Take us back to port

5. Allow us to take a few pictures for social media

6. Join us for a few beers

Number 6 is optional but we are also requesting that you’re not an ax murderer or are addicted to meth.
