P.F. Chang's Warrington Files Layoff Notice For 150 Employees

The restaurant chain warned Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry of the layoffs, which they hope will be temporary.

WARRINGTON, PA — The Warrington P.F. Chang's may lay off a significant chunk of its staff, at least temporarily.

The restaurant chain filed a notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, warning of possible layoffs. In the notice, the company said COVID-19 and the resulting health restrictions had a negative impact on the business.

In Warrington, 75 employees will be impacted by P.F. Chang's decision. Layoffs could extend for six months. The company is hopeful they will be temporary.

The restaurant chain announced similar layoffs at other restaurants around Pennsylvania, with hundreds more impacted.

Other impacted locations in Pennsylvania include Collegeville, Tannersville, Glenn Mills, and Pittsburgh.
