Duffy has campaigned on three main issues: lowering costs for families, making good schools great, and protecting the community.

On affordability, Duffy said he will fight to lower income taxes, lower energy taxes, and stop property tax increases for seniors. On education, Duffy said he’ll fight to fully fund local schools and make sure that they get their fair share from Harrisburg. He also favors making sure parents have choices in education. And on protecting the community, Duffy said, "We need to invest in our men and women in uniform. And we need to end the practice of rewarding crime by ending sanctuary cities and catch-and-release policies."

Brennan has campaigned on improving the region's infrastructure, strengthening public safety, protecting the environment, reproductive freedom, and working to create jobs and provide affordable housing.

Brennan said if re-elected, his infrastructure priorities will include improving roads, including Routes 611 and 202; enhancing recreational facilities; and restoring the Delaware Canal. On public safety, Brennan has introduced bills to strengthen volunteer firefighter recruitment and retention; create grant programs for police accreditation and consolidation; provide PTSD care for police, firefighters and EMS; and secure resources to help the State Police keep the public and state Troopers safe.
