“We are honored to be chosen as one of the organizations to be deployed to Tupelo to work in partnership with IFAW. We are trained to perform these rescue missions, but moreover we love what we do,” said Denise Bash, executive director of Animal Lifeline. “When natural disasters strike like this, we are always ready and prepared to deploy on a moment’s notice”.
The receiving shelters, where the dogs will be placed up for adoption, include Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown, Lancaster SPCA in Lancaster, Women’s Humane Society in Bensalem, Wet Nose Rescue in Feasterville and Animal Alliance in Lambertville, N.J.
