Package Stolen, Fraudulent Bank Transaction Reported In Doylestown
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department report the following incidents during the month of April.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following incidents between April 1 and April 22:
Saturday, April 1
- South Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough. A resident reported the theft of a package left at their front door. Ring Doorbell captured the image of a man wearing a hat, green shirt and camo-style shorts.

- N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. On April 17, a woman entered Fulton Bank requesting a fraudulent withdrawal using a New Jersey Identification Card for a customer (victim) with a valid account. The withdrawal was processed and the suspect left the bank with $1,275 cash. The same suspect made a withdrawal at a Fulton Bank in Delaware last December.
Thursday, April 20
- Criminal mischief to a business, W. State Street (Nat’s Pizza), Doylestown Borough. The business owner reported an unknown subject had spray painted graffiti on the side wall of the business.
Saturday, April 22

- Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown Borough. Police responded to Regency Woods Apartment complex for the report of suspicious chemicals. As a precaution the building was evacuated. The Fire Marshall and Bucks County Hazmat Team responded and found the chemicals were safe and there were no safety concerns.
Identity Theft and Fraud
- Police report numerous identity theft and fraudulent incidents occurring on a regular basis. Police urge residents to be vigilant and cautious. Do not give out personal/financial information over the phone or via email without first confirming who you are giving it to.
