PECO Utility Improvement Scheduled In New Britain Township

NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — PECO Energy will begin aerial utility construction this week in New Britain Township.

Motorists are advised of the following lane closures:

  • Butler Avenue between County Line and Schoolhouse roads from Tuesday, Jan. 31 through Friday, March 31 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • New Galena Road between Barry Road and Hilltown Pike from Tuesday, Jan. 31 through Friday, March 31 form 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
