Pedro From "Napoleon Dynamite" To Campaign In Doylestown
Actor Efren Ramirez will be attending a Meet and Greet at Maxwell's On Main and a screening of "Napoleon Dynamite" at the County Theater.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — Doylestown's wildest dreams are about to come true.
Actor Efren Ramirez, who stars as the shy, foreign exchange student Pedro in the 2004 indie hit comedy, "Napoleon Dynamite," is bringing his "campaign" for class president to Doylestown this weekend.
In the movie, Pedro runs for class president and wins with the help of his best friend, Napoleon Dynamite (John Heder). And in his campaign speech he says, "Vote for me, and all your wildest dreams will come true."

Ramirez will be attending a screening of the film, "Napoleon Dynamite," on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. at the County Theatre in Doylestown. Tickets to the screening can be purchased here.
Audience members are encouraged to dress like their favorite character from the movie.

Before the start of the film, Ramirez and animation producer Rob Feldman will introduce their new cartoon short, "CYKO KO! 'Surf’s OFF, Cyk!" This ode to Saturday morning cartoons features the voices of Napoleon Dynamite and cast members Jon Heder, Efren Ramirez, Tina Majorino, Jon Gries and Haylie Duff. They will also lead a post film Q&A.
Before the movie, "Pedro" will be attending a special Meet and Greet at Maxwell's On Main (MOM's) in Doylestown from 2 to 3 p.m. Click here to reserve tickets - $20 (general admission) and $15 (County Theatre members).
MOM’s will serve Napoleon Dynamite-themed menu items from 1-3 p.m. including Tina, You Fat Lard Tater Tots; Uncle Rico Tots; and a special Your Mom Goes to College Cocktail.
