Philadelphia Man Arrested In Warrington Driving Stolen Vehicle

Police say the man had just stolen a vehicle in Doylestown Borough when an officer spotted the car on Easton Road and made the stop.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Philadelphia man has been charged with receiving stolen property and driving under the influence after he was stopped by police in Warrington driving a stolen vehicle.

On Nov. 3, shortly after learning that a car had been stolen in Doylestown Borough, a Warrington officer spotted the vehicle traveling south on Easton Road and made a traffic stop in the area of the Valley Square Shopping Center.

The driver, 52-year-old Jeffrey Joseph Grace from Philadelphia, was placed under arrest. During the arrest it was determined that Grace was intoxicated, police said.

Grace was transported to the station where he was processed and charged with DUI and receiving stolen property. Grace also had an outstanding probation warrant from Bucks County and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
