Philadelphia Men Face Felony Theft Charges In Warrington
Police arrested both men after they were involved in a retail theft at the Shops at Valley Square.

WARRINGTON, PA — Two Philadelphia men have been charged with felony retail theft and receiving stolen property following a theft from the Sunglass Hut at the Shops at Valley Square.
The incident happened on March 27 just before 5 p.m.
Store employees told police that Stiven Almanzar Mejia, from Philadelphia, entered the store and picked up a pair of sunglasses. He then asked an employee how much they were at which point the employee attempted to take the sunglasses when Mejia pulled away.

Police said the employee told Mejia to leave the store, at which time he made a phone call and grabbed another seven pairs of sunglasses valued at more than $1,000. The employee was able to get a description of the car and a partial license plate number, police said.
Officers conducted an investigation and were able to determine the license plate. The information was shared with other police departments in the area. The Plymouth Township Police later located the vehicle and its occupants.

The driver, Romelky Caraballo-Cisnero, from Philadelphia, was arrested. Mejia was also arrested. Both Caraballo-Cisnero and Mejia were transported to the police station where they were processed and the vehicle impounded.
District Judge Douple arraigned both men and set bail at $25,000 or 10 percent cash. They were transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
