Philadelphia Woman Faces Felony Theft Charges In Warrington
Police said the 25-year-old woman stole a handgun from a home in the township.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 25-year-old Philadelphia woman is facing multiple felony charges for stealing a firearm from the 400 block of Feldspar Court.
Tianna Montgomery-Ingram was arrested on Dec. 30 by Warrington Township Police and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of theft by unlawful taking.
On May 19 at approximately 5:48 p.m., police responded to the report of a stolen firearm. Upon arrival, the victim told police that he was missing his handgun which he usually keeps in the living room.

An investigation revealed that Montgomery-Ingram had been at the residence on several occasions.
On May 17 at about 2:37 a.m., Montgomery-Ingram was observed on the victim’s camera system taking one of the cameras and laying it down blocking the view. She is then heard going through
drawers in the living room.

A few minutes later Montgomery-Ingram is observed placing the camera back in the upright position. At approximately 5:54 p.m. Montgomery-Ingram is observed again via the camera system going through the drawers of the victim’s coffee table.
Officers filed a criminal complaint and a warrant was issued for Montgomery-Ingram. On December 30, she was arrested as she entered Rivers Casino in Philadelphia.
Montgomery-Ingram was processed and arraigned by Judge Gamberdella who set bail at $25,000. She was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
