Pie Bird Farm To Open Shop At Coterie Commons In Doylestown

New space will also feature photo shoots, floral design, workshops, masterclasses, small event rentals and more.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Pie Bird Farms will celebrate the grand opening of its new pie shop inside Coterie Commons on Saturday, Dec. 17.

The Coterie Commons, a collective studio and shop in the heart of the Doylestown Borough, will also be celebrating its debut with an open house on Saturday, Dec. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Located at 72 North Main Street, the Coterie will be the home of Taylor Cotilla Photography, Kristin Moore Photo, WildBird Flowers and Pie Bird Farm. It will offer photo shoots, floral design, pies, workshops, masterclasses, small event rentals, co-working opportunities and more.

"We are overjoyed to bring this creative space to you and welcome you to come join us for our open house to learn more about us," said the operators. "We will have giveaways, a build your own bouquet bar, and pies for sale."

Pie Bird Farm will also be featuring its holiday menu available for pre-order via their website. Pie lovers can pre-oder until Monday, Dec. 19. The menu features:

  • Apple Salted Caramel Crumb
  • Cranberry Curd
  • Gingerbread Cheesecake with Spiced Crust and ginger snaps
  • Blueberry, Persimmon and Thyme Lattice
  • Herby Quiche with Philly Fromage
  • Chocolate Chess with Peppermint Whipped Cream
  • Bloomer Baked Brie, made in collaboration with Haven Farmstead Cheese. It’s available for a large party size (.75lbs of cheese), served with a spiced plum or cranberry compote.

The Pie Shop at Pie Bird Farm at Coterie Commons will be open Thursday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
