DUBLIN BOROUGH, PA — A dance studio suffered water damage Monday afternoon when a sprinkler pipe burst at the Square at Dublin Town Center.

Firefighters and emergency crews responded to 123 North Main Street for what initially was being reported as a building collapse. When first responders arrived, they found a partial ceiling collapse at the Bucks County Arts and Dance Studio caused by a burst sprinkler pipe.

According to a Facebook posting by Dublin Town Center, “damaged was limited, but impactful enough to close building operations out of concern for the safety of tenants and guests.

“The rest of the property remains safe, open and we are working closely with the building inspector, restoration professionals and our insurance partners to resolve the situation in the area of the building impacted by the water as quickly as possible.
