Plumsteadville Village Southside Renaissance Complete with Rite Aid Opening
Massive improvements over the past 18 months solidifies the southern gateway into Plumsteadville Village for Doylestown-area shoppers

Shoppers and residents of the Doylestown area are taking the opportunity to look north to a unique shopping and dining gem just up the hill on Rt. 611.
Plumsteadville Village has been going through a renaissance that continues with last week's opening of the new standalone Rite Aid store. With its village-inspired architecture and ample parking, the new Rite Aid store, located at 5707 Easton Road, solidifies the continuity of the southern-most gateway to Plumsteadville Village.

Plumsteadville Village businesses continue to benefit from our close relationship with Plumstead Township. Kent Baird, from Gilmore & Associates, presented his company’s vision for improvements to the Village area at a Board of Supervisors meeting on June 13, 2017. The upgrades, including new ideas for buildings, sidewalks, lighting, signage, and other elements, will improve the shopability of the village businesses, allowing for safe pedestrian crossing, while enabling traffic flow on busy State Route 611.
