Plumsteadville Vol. Fire Co. Fire Prevention Open House Oct. 15

Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company is holding their Annual Fire Prevention Open House on Monday, October 15th, 2018 at 7:30.

This event is open to the public and will include a fun night of fire prevention activities for kids and adults of all ages! Come check out the trucks, visit with Sparky the Fire Dog, enjoy Raffles and much more.

National Fire Protection Association statistics show that the number of U.S. home fires has been steadily declining over the past few decades. However, the death rate per 1000 home fires that are reported to fire departments was 10 percent higher in 2016 than in 1980.
