Police Arrest Woman Suspected Of Supplying Drugs To Overdose Victim

DOYLETOWN, PA — A Bristol woman who is suspected of supplying drugs to an overdose victim was taken into custody by the Central Bucks Regional Police Department on March 13, police announced on Monday.

In August 2022, police issued an arrest warrant for Rachel Fay Bensch, 27, after an investigation into an overdose led police to believe that she supplied the drugs to the victim.

Police have charged Bensch with criminal use of a communication facility (F3), prohibited acts penalties (F), recklessly endangering another person (M2) and prohibited acts penalties (M).
