Steeplechase Drive Reopens After Gas Leak Investigation In Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Steeplechase Drive has reopened to traffic and residents have been allowed to return to their homes following an gas leak investigation.

PECO responded to the scene to address the issue, Doylestown Township Police reported in a 1:10 p.m. update.

Just before noon, Doylestown Township Police and the Doylestown Fire Company responded to the Steeplechase development for a gas leak investigation. Their investigation found that a larger gas main was stuck.

During the investigation, Steeplechase Drive was closed between Main Street and Birdsong.
