Police Looking For Man Who Burglarized Plumstead Business
He may have also committed a theft and criminal mischief at a business in Doylestown Borough, police said.
PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Plumstead Township Police are seeking to identify an unknown man who broke into the Meineke Mufflers shop at 815 North Easton Road on June 3 at about 12:40 a.m.
Police said the man broke the window with a large landscape rock before entering the building. He then rummaged around the office and shop area, before fleeing the area prior to the arrival of police.
Minutes before the burglary, police said the same man was seen loitering around the adjacent shopping centers. It was later learned that he may have been responsible for a theft and criminal mischief at a local candy shop on State Street in Doylestown Borough approximately three hours later. The Central Bucks Regional Police Department is investigating that incident.

The Plumstead Township Police Department is asking for the public's assistance with identifying the man.
Police are also asking that all businesses along the N. Easton Road (North Main Street) corridor between State Street and Swamp Road (Route 313) who have video surveillance, to check their systems for this man either walking or loitering around the area between 12:20 and 3:30 a.m.
