Porch Pirate Arrested On Numerous Theft Charges In Warrington
The 37-year-old man also had warrants out for his arrest in Northampton Township and in North Carolina.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warrington man faces numerous misdemeanor charges for stealing numerous packages at the Westminster Apartments on Valley Road.
Police arrested and charged a 37-year-old man with theft of mail, receiving stolen property, possessing an instrument of crime, identity theft, providing false identification, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.
On Nov. 30, police responded to Westminster Apartments following a report of a package theft. The victim told police that a package had been stolen the previous day. Upon checking the department's records, the officer discovered other recent package thefts at the same location.

The officer began monitoring the area where packages are typically delivered. Soon after, a man arrived at the scene matching the description of the suspect involved in the theft the day before. The man was arrested and during a search, officers found narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and an instrument of crime in his possession.
The man was taken to the station for processing and was later handed over to the Bucks County Sheriff's Department for outstanding arrest warrants in Northampton Township and in North Carolina.
