Be Kind 5K Race, Fun Run Step Off Saturday In Buckingham
Proceeds from the race and fun run at Holicong Park will benefit the nonprofit Kin Wellness and Support Center.

BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — Registration is still open for the fourth annual Be Kind 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run benefiting the Kin Wellness and Support Center in Buckingham.
This year's race is scheduled to step off on Saturday, April 11, at Holicong Park with local cancer survivor Chris Baccash serving as the Official Race Ambassador and pace bike.
People of all levels and abilities are invited to walk or run to honor, celebrate, and inspire those who have battled, or are still battling cancer, while raising funds for Kin, which provides free care to the cancer community.

The course begins in the center of Holicong Park. It then heads out to Holicong Road and then to Mountain Road where it will turn around and head back to the park. The event caters to serious runners, those who run for fun, and anyone who prefers to walk.

A vendor village will offer participants a place to register, gather, visit vendor booths, and energize with food and drinks. The Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory Food Truck will also be on site.
Participants will receive a race shirt in addition to a special takeaway. Every participant of the Fun Run will receive a participation medal. Awards will also be given to the top three finishers in each age category, as well as the overall winners for men, women, and masters.

The event is supported by Buckingham Township and Buckingham Parks and Recreation, which donated the use of Holicong Park; Bucks County Emergency Services; the Buckingham Township Police Department for managing traffic and safety during the event; and the Midway Fire Company for providing the ladder truck and American flag.
The Be Kind 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is just one race in the Bucks 5K Series of seven. The series is celebrating 30 seasons of bringing races to Bucks County. To see a full list of races for the 2026 season, click here.
