Renowned Bucks Co. Film Festival Less Than A Month Away
The film festival, once touted as "emerging Sundance East," gets underway July 20 in Bucks County.

The start of the 9th Annual New Hope Film Festival is less than a month away. The festival, once described by The Huffington Post as "emerging Sundance East," will take place from July 20 through July 29 in New Hope.
During the festival, 80 films and 6 scripts from 12 countries and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be presented. For the first time, locations of production include the Czech Republic and the U.S. Virgin Islands, according to organizers.
Films will be screened at the New Hope Arts Center, 2 Stockton Avenue, New Hope. Filmmakers from around the country and abroad will attend the screenings. There will be opportunities to meet filmmakers at question and answer sessions after the films.
