Ribbon Cutting, Tours at New Bucks Justice Center This Weekend

The new Bucks County Justice Center in Doylestown will not officially open for business until later in the month, though.

Bucks County’s new justice center will be showcased this weekend during a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday followed by public tours Sunday.

Saturday’s ribbon cutting ceremony will begin 10 a.m. Public tours will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The 16-courtroom justice center will not officially open for business until later in the month, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Ground was broken on the new $85 million justice center in July 2011. The 285,000 square-foot justice center, located in Doylestown Borough, has eight stories.
