Ribbon Cutting Welcomes Wine Store To Its New Home In Lahaska
The winery moved to its current location in June after close to 20 years of doing business in Peddler's Village.
LAHASKA, PA — The Chaddsford Winery’s new Bottle Shop and Tasting Room celebrated its grand reopening on Sept. 2 with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The winery moved to its current location in June after close to 20 years of doing business in Peddler’s Village. It’s new space is made up of three separate areas spread across 4,000 square feet including 2,000 square feet for its bottle shop and main tasting room, expanded outdoor seating at a wine shack serving wine slushies and wine by the glass, and a private 700 square foot Wine Studio dedicated to private tastings, ticketed events and private rentals.
“This is not your traditional walk-in bottle shop anymore. It’s experiential retail,” said Chaddsford’s General Manager Corey Krejcik. “It’s get a flight, book a private venue. It’s grab a mug of hot mulled wine when the weather breaks and just hang outside. And we’re going to continue to evolve the concept.”

Krejcik was joined at the ribbon cutting by store manager Danielle Welsh, store employees and members of the Central Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
“I think it looks just beautiful,” said Dr. Vail P. Garvin, president and CEO of the Central Bucks Chamber, who was there to officially welcome the winery’s new location. “I love it. It’s just awesome. The chamber is always excited when we have a new business opening up, especially one
with wine. And on a beautiful day like this.”

Garvin was joined at the event by chamber board member Jane Armstrong and Chamber Ambassadors Mike Grover and Elaine Ciofani.
“I’m glad we are finally here,” said Welsh. “Come in. We’re open,” she says. “We have wine by the flight. We have wine by the glass and by the bottle. We’re looking for people who just want to sit and relax, have fun and enjoy our wine. We’re planning some live music and some ticketed events. We’re going to be doing a lot of what the main winery does down in Chaddsford and bring that to Bucks County.”
Chaddsford Winery is among Pennsylvania’s oldest winery celebrating its 40th anniversary during the month of September.
“We are one of the oldest and most acclaimed wineries in Pennsylvania,” said Krejcik. “From a production standpoint we’re in the top 10. We really focus on a diverse portfolio of wines. Our mantra is, ‘Wine for everyone.’
“We want people to come through the door, speak with us about what they like and don’t like and allow us to guide them into the tasting experience and introduce them to the side of our wine portfolio that gives them the most joy,” he said.
