Road Trip! 6th Annual Road Rally for The New Hope Automobile Show Returns Sunday, July 26, 2015

Cruise the Scenic Roads of Bucks County to Raise Funds for The New Hope Automobile Show Education Scholarships and Fox Chase Cancer Center

Time to fill the gas tank and activate the GPS. The Annual New Hope Automobile Show Road Rally kicks off for the sixth time at 10:00 am Sunday, July 26, 2015 from the New Hope-Solebury High School, 182 West Bridge Street, New Hope, PA. Sponsored by Solebury Parks and Recreation, the cost is $25 per car. Registration is not required but those who would like to lock in their participation can email their contact information to showinfo@newhopeautoshow.com. All drivers must be licensed and insured. All automobiles – classic and current models – are welcome.

“Last year we had 72 cars participate, which was phenomenal,” said Steve Williams, New Hope Automobile Show committee member. “This year we’re adding a new feature, the Vintage Rally. In addition to our regular run with everyone in their everyday car, we’re offering an opportunity for those with vintage vehicles to run in our Vintage Rally.” Winners of the Vintage Rally will receive extra points when they compete in The New Hope Automobile Show August 8 and 9.

How does the Road Rally work? “Everyone will get a list of questions,” said Dave Hutchinson, Rally Master. “Each participant follows the route by answering each question. We’ll have first, second, third and even last place trophies for drivers, based on how many questions they do – or don’t – answer correctly. It’s all meant to be a fun day to get everyone excited about the show in August.”
