Sawmill Road To Close Wednesday In Plumstead For Tree Removal

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Sawmill Road between Old Easton Road and North Easton Road will be closed on Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the removal of a hazardous tree.

Important access restrictions will be in place during the closure, according to the Plumstead Township Police Departmnt.

Addresses lower than 4095 Sawmill will only have access from North Easton Road. Access to Old Easton Road from North Easton Road on Sawmill will be restricted. Access from Old Easton to North Easton will also be restricted.

Please plan your route accordingly, as there will be no detour signs posted. The work is expected to take up to 6 hours and will begin at 8:00 a.m.
