DOYLESTOWN, PA – Two Central Bucks lawmakers are teaming up with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking & Securities to present "Scam Jam," a free event aimed at preventing constituents from falling victim to a scam.

The event takes place on Friday, Nov. 17 from 1 to3 p.m. at the Central Bucks Senior Center in Doylestown. The event, hosted by State Senator Steve Santarsiero and State Rep. Tim Brennan, is free and open to the public.

“This will be the third Scam Jam I’ve hosted, and my office has received incredibly positive feedback from the hundreds of people who have attended,” said Senator Santarsiero. “Not only is the workshop informative, but everyone loves fraud bingo, where attendees can win prizes while learning valuable tips to keep their identity safe. I’m excited to be hosting this event in Doylestown to bring this helpful information to constituents in the area.”
